Dennis and I put on a...I know what you mean Tasha. Dennis and I put on alot of mileage last week on our 4 days of hiking in Mammoth. There were some pretty good elevation gains as well. I thought I would come home and jump on the scale and see some pounds had been shed. Well, I came back weighing the same as when I left BUT Dennis dropped a few pounds (not fair). However I did notice that a pair of jeans that I have were not a snug as the last time I wore them. Muscle weighs more than fat so perhaps your mileage added more muscle and that is why you didn't see an weight loss. A friend of mine said to pay closer attention to the inches BUT it's hard to do when you want to see the scale read lower.
