Let the Games Begin!

We are in for a new treat this year......both boys playing ball! Zach had his first practice last Thursday. He's on the Pirates. Kevin was out sick, so he missed his first practice, but he's on the Red Sox! We'll be having busy Thursdays, as both boys have practices, one after the other, at different ends of town. The game schedule has worked out perfectly though and there are no major conflicts for game times. It should be a great season!

Puzzle Day

The boys and I are having a quiet Saturday. Garrett decided he did not get enough skiing in last weekend, so he went up for a day and will be back tonight. So, the boys started a puzzle day at 7:00 this morning. It's now 2:45 and they've only stopped for breakfast and lunch.......

Mammoth With the Nowlins

We had a great trip to Mammoth with the Nowlins over the weekend. The snow couldn't have been more perfect and the weather was gorgeous. I think I would dare to say I even had the best skiing day ever on Saturday! I was "loose as a goose" as Gar would say and that kept me from being overly sore the following day.

The boys had a blast with the Nowlin boys. They all got along great! Played in the snow together, watched movies, drank hot chocolate, played hide and go seek, and made their own board games. This definitely should be a yearly tradition!!
